Hi, This is Kuntal, from Photoshop Work, today, I will show you, how to create 6 pack, in a normal body with Photoshop. Okay, Lets start now. First Open a normal body picture, and then open 6 pack picture, Now Select Lasso Tool, and select 6 pack. Select move tool, and move the selected part, on normal picture. Press Control + T. Press Enter. Now go to the Image option and select Carves. Good! Now select Background Layer, and again same process. Press ALT, and click on 6 Pack Layer. and then go to Select option and then modify, Select Contract. Select Eraser Tool and Erase selected part of the body.
